Pastor Russ is teaching an series entitled: JJesus Changes Everything — Encounters With Jesus in the Gospel of Mark

What happens when ordinary people encounter an extraordinary Savior?

Throughout the Gospel of Mark, we see Jesus stepping into everyday lives, meeting people in their brokenness, responding to desperate situations, and revealing His authority to forgive, heal, provide, and transform.

In this sermon series, Jesus Changes Everything, we explore powerful encounters that reveal not only what Jesus can do, but who He truly is.

From calling ordinary fishermen to follow Him, to touching the untouchable, forgiving sins, meeting impossible needs, and confronting the condition of the human heart, each encounter reveals something more about His compassion, power, and purpose.

But these encounters ultimately lead us to a question that every one of us must answer:

“But who do you say that I am?” — Mark 8:29 (NKJV)

Pastor Russ is teaching an series entitled: Daniel: Faithful in Babylon

How do we remain faithful to God in a world that doesn't always honor Him?

The book of Daniel tells the story of a young man who was taken from his homeland and placed in a culture with beliefs, values, and expectations very different from his own.  Although Daniel couldn't control his circumstances, he made a decision that would shape the rest of his life: he would remain faithful to God.

In this series, Daniel: Faithful in Babylon, we'll walk through the first six chapters of Daniel and discover what his life teaches us about standing firm in our convictions, trusting God's sovereignty, navigating difficult circumstances, and living with wisdom and grace in a changing world.

Through Daniel's example, we'll be reminded that we don't have to withdraw from the world or become like the culture around us to live faithfully within it.

Our circumstances may change, but God remains faithful. And our identity is ultimately found in Jesus Christ.
